What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which helps release pain & relax the body, along with clearing any emotional blocks, releasing trauma, overcoming emotional challenges, and more.
The practitioner uses their hands to transfer energy to the client's body, either with or without physically touching them.
I practice a version of intuitive reiki where I scan the body, connect to the client's higher self & their guides to determine what kind of healing and guidance the client needs.
